Traditional vs Cloud Channel Partners

I was recently invited to speak in a Cloud event with a local distributor in Singapore. The intent of the event is to educate channel partners in the market about Cloud and how they should transform their business in order to sustain their long term survival of their business.


While I reserve the topic on the various considerations for such a transformation to take place to next week's post, I thought it would be appropriate to first share what the differences between a traditional and a Cloud-ready channel partner are.
