With the invention of internet, email has since been a major part of our personal and work life. In recent times, the focus on writing cold emails to a prospect has caught on some trends. However, do we know how we sound like with the tone of our email to our prospects? Be it consciously or unconsciously, we write emails prospects and customers verifying understanding if we sounded polite, angry, confident etc...
"Wait a minute! Are your screws loose?" some might be asking.
No! We all understand the importance of penning a good email, whether cold or not. What we write and how it would be perceived could mean the difference in creating an impression (good or bad) and making or losing a deal. And I came across a tool that do just that! A tool which analyses your tone and breaks it down with details to you. It comes from IBM.
All you need to to do is paste your email texts into the tool and it comes up with an analysis.
Now you have no excuse in not knowing how you sound like to your prospects, customers, friends and even family members.
